OUR TEAM

Today's Hartmann GmbH was founded in 1991. Sole shareholder and managing director is Harald Hartmann, born in 1966. From 2005 the GmbH "dormant" because Harald Hartmann, together with other shareholders, was managing director of Hafrata (Hartmann-Frank-Tanneberg) Immobilien GmbH, from which he became effective March 1st at his own request Retired in 2019.

Hartmann GmbH has been an active market player since March 2019, focused and specialized in the brokerage of commercial real estate. This does not exclude the brokerage of residential real estate.

I have been brokering real estate since 1991.
Up to 2005, with a few exceptions, these were mainly residential properties, from then on, parallel to the brokerage of residential properties, I relaxed my network for the brokerage of commercial properties without hurry or even pressure. I maintain and expand this to this day, for example through my annual visit to Expo Real in Munich and my participation in further training courses, seminars and themed events - regardless of whether these take place regionally or in Hamburg, Leipzig, Berlin, Stuttgart.

If you live at the port, your thoughts fly more freely, says a proverb, and where did my thoughts go, from Hamburg to the beautiful city of Lörrach. I have been living here since November 1st, 2020. When I moved home, I started supporting the Hartmann GmbH team at the same time and I am looking forward to my new tasks. I did volunteer work in Hamburg for many years and can build on my professional experience here. My topic is the provision, whether as a living will, power of attorney or the real estate pension, with which you have the safe possibility to use it as a pension.

Nach Stationen in der Textil-, Metall- und Medienbranche hat mich meine berufliche Reise in die Immobiliensparte geführt. Das Leben ist bunt, die Arbeitswelt auch!

Seit mehr als 25 Jahren begleite ich als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung die organisatorische Abwicklung von internen Geschäftsprozessen. Das Backoffice, als Rückgrat eines erfolgreichen Kundenservices, ist mein Ding. Eine reibungslose Infrastruktur im Hintergrund zu schaffen und damit dem Frontoffice den Rücken freizuhalten liegt mir. In meiner ruhigen, erdenden Art gehe ich die Aufgaben strukturiert an und führe sie konsequent zu Ende.

Diesen Anspruch möchte ich, gemeinsam mit unserem Team, auch bei unseren Kunden umsetzen.
